Shipping policy

We ship worldwide via registered air mail.

Orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays, when the post office is closed).

Please note that during tour periods, shipping may take up to one week.

Due to current international shipping conditions, delivery times to Israel, Russia and Belarus are unpredictable and may be significantly longer than usual. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimated delivery times for these destinations.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our control.

We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If you place multiple orders, we will combine them whenever possible and refund any excess shipping charges.
