Refund policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a cancellation or return, please use the self-service return feature in your customer account or contact us by email before sending any items back.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes subject to the return policy described below.

Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of the product, opened or unsealed vinyl records, CDs, cassettes and other sealed audio media cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was sent.

Clothing and other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
